With all services, you can expect the following:

- Within 48 hours of receiving your payment, we will contact you to schedule a meeting. During this meeting, we will discuss your career goals, the documents you have sent, and any questions that we have in order to help us make the best possible product for you.

- Within one week of that conversation, you can expect to see a first draft of the product you have ordered.

- Upon receiving the first draft, you will then have one week to contact us twice for revisions. We want your products to be perfect for you, so it would be our pleasure to make any changes you desire.

We understand that sometimes you may need a faster turn around time for your products. We do offer a RUSH service that varies in price according to product needs, deadline requirements, and the time of year. Feel free to contact us before placing your order to determine the feasibility of your timeline and the associated fees.

All information received will be kept strictly confidential so as to protect the privacy of our customers.

You may request to cancel your order and receive a full refund up to one week before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within one week of your scheduled appointment will receive a 50% refund, and no refund will be issued for cancellations requested within 48 hours of the appointment. The amount retained by the company will be a credit that can be put toward any future purchases for one year from the date of the original purchase. When you process your order, you are agreeing to these terms.
